<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic pen which has a simple structure, and is easy to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic pen includes a hollow pen stand 10, a pen tip fixed to one end of the pen stand 10, a slide rod 30 having a guide groove 324 formed therein and installed inside the pen stand 10, a draw bar having through-holes formed through two opposed side surfaces, and set between the pen stand 10 and the slide rod 30, and a slide pin 70 inserted through the two through-holes.
