SATISFACTION EVALUATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satisfaction evaluation device for evaluating the satisfaction of a building facility such as a hospital.

SOLUTION: The satisfaction evaluation device includes: a question data storage means prestored with question data to be described in an investigation slip; an input means for input of the setting item information of the building facility which is an investigation object; an investigation slip preparation means for reading the data of questions corresponding to the input setting item information from the question data storage means and creating the investigation slip describing the read questions in order to perform a questionnaire; an image read means for reading the image of the investigation slip to which answers are written; an answer extraction means for analysis of the image of the investigation slip and extracting the answers to the questions; a sum-up means for summing up the answers to the questions extracted by the answer extraction means from the plurality of investigation slips to which the answers are written; and an analysis means for analysis of the satisfaction of the building facility on the basis of the information of an answer result summed up by the sum-up means.
