PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film having no coloring and with low resistance.

SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film is obtained in which a ratio T1/T2 of a transmittance T1 at wavelength 450 nm and the transmittance T2 at the wavelength 750 nm is 0.5-2.0 by coating a dispersion liquid in which PEDOT:PSS consisting of PEDOT of which distribution peak of polymerization degree is 3 and the PEDOT:PSS consisting of PEDOT of which the distribution peak of polymerization degree is 11 are mixed.
