<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device superior in quietness during a locking operation. <P>SOLUTION: Characteristically, this lock device includes: a hook which can be turned to a lock position to hold a striker, a release position to release the striker, and an overstroke position; a ratchet which can be turned to a locking position to be engaged with the hook in the lock position and regulate the turning of the hook in a release direction, and an unlocking position to be disengaged from the hook; and an electric turning control means which controls the turning of the hook and the ratchet by driving a motor, which simultaneously holds the hook and the ratchet in the overstroke position and the unlocking position in a shift from a disengaged state to an engaged one, and which subsequently turns the hook to the lock position after turning the ratchet to the locking position while holding the hook in the overstroke position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
