PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-made container which is excellent in such functions as barrier properties, water resistance and retort resistance, and hardly generates poor sealing such as leakage of sealing when it is heat-sealed with a lid material. SOLUTION: The paper-made container is manufactured by laminating an inner face resin film larger than the inner face of an inner paper box on the inner face of the inner paper box, laminating an outer face resin film larger than the outer face of an outer paper box on the outer face of the outer paper box, putting the outer face of the inner paper box on the inner face of the outer paper box, and sticking together the peripheral edge parts of the inner face resin film and the outer face resin film.
