PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an amphipathic molecular film capsule in which an entire in-vitro transfer and translation system is sealed into an artificial amphipathic molecular film in order to efficiently produce membrane protein or the like and perform high-throughput analysis of its functionality. SOLUTION: The present invention provides an amphipathic molecular film capsule. The amphipathic molecular film capsule is formed in a microchannel device including a main channel and a plurality of minute diverticula opened on the main channel, a second aqueous solution to be flowed to the main channel is included by an amphipathic molecular film included in a first aqueous solution to be flowed to the main channel, and sealed by a phase separation fluid to be flowed to the main channel. In the amphipathic molecular film capsule, the second aqueous solution may occasionally include an in-vitro transfer and translation system for genes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
