PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold spray device which heats a raw material powder stably to a temperature capable of improving a spraying efficiency without impairing the operability of a spray gun, and eliminstes the unstable factor. SOLUTION: A carrier gas heater 10 provided in the cold spray device is constituted of a gas tube 10 with a heating function, which is constituted of a heat generation resistor that generates the heat by electronic resistance through energization and heats a carrier gas flowing in the inside. The gas tube 10 with a heating function is formed by arranging a plurality of gas tube units in series, wherein each gas tube unit is a heat generation resistor having a length of the energization distance of 1-5 m. The carrier gas heater 10 is fixed to a cold spray gun 11 in such a manner that the central axis 21 of each gas tube unit having a coil shape becomes parallel to the central axis 20 of the cold spray gun 11 so as to be unified with the spray gun 11.
