PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem wherein an inside casing supporting region is locally heated. SOLUTION: An outside casing 30 has a forged part 35 formed of a first material, and a supporting region 5. An inside casing 20 encircled by the outside casing for storing a moving blade 10 has a contact face 24 contacting the supporting region 5. In the supporting region 5, a metal inserted body 40 formed of a second material having a higher high-temperature strength than the first material is provided which has a stored face 41 stored in the forged part 35. The stored face 41 has a portion 42 unfolded radially outward ROD in the axial direction and/or the peripheral direction. A supporting face 44 contacting the contact face 24 is constructed relating to the contact face 24 to maintain the separation between the inside casing 30 and the forged part 35.
