PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of ensuring strength for supporting a lens and a shutter device. SOLUTION: The imaging device includes: a lens mount 4 allowing a lens unit to be attached; an imaging unit 30 including an imaging sensor 40 and provided in the lens mount 4; and a shutter unit 20 provided in the lens mount 4. The shutter unit 20 includes: a shutter mechanism 21 capable of moving a curtain in one direction orthogonal to an optical axis of the lens unit; and a shutter control part 22 controlling movement of the curtain by the shutter mechanism 21. The shutter mechanism 21 is placed between the lens mount 4 and the imaging unit 30, and the shutter control part 22 is placed at a position orthogonal to a moving direction of the curtain and on the side of the shutter mechanism 21 and the imaging unit 30.
