PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly return to a normal state even when an error occurs because the consistency of an operation file held by a controller corresponding to an open network is not acquired. SOLUTION: This engineering work device includes: a JOB file creating section 11 for creating a JOB file including management information of a controller 3; an operation file creating section 13 for creating an operation file for operating the controller on the basis of the JOB file; an operation file uploading section 16 for uploading the operation file from the controller; a file consistency confirming section 18 for confirming the consistency of the uploaded operation file on the basis of the JOB file; a file repairing section 19 for repairing the operation file on the basis of the JOB file when an operation file having no consistency is detected; and an operation file downloading section 15 for downloading the operation file to a corresponding controller.
