PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic composite coating composition using natural fat as a raw material and having excellent adhesion. SOLUTION: The organic-inorganic composite coating composition contains epoxidized natural oil and/or epoxidized natural rubber having an epoxy group obtained by oxidizing an unsaturated bond, and a polysilanol compound obtained by hydrolyzing and condensing an alkoxysilane compound, wherein a proportion of the polysilanol compound to a resin solid content of the coating composition is 15-99 mass%.
