PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein in a conventional desiccant type ventilation fan, since a hot water supply device and an electric heater etc. are used to recover dehumidification performance and humidification performance, this may cause a risk of fire etc. SOLUTION: This desiccant type ventilation fan 1 includes: a first refrigerant heat exchanger 14 located close to the upstream side of a rotation type desiccant type dehumidifier 12; a second refrigerant heat exchanger 15 located close to the upstream side of a rotation type desiccant type humidifier 13 on an air course side through which outdoor air is made to pass; and a refrigerant cycle in which the first refrigerant heat exchanger 14 serves as a capacitor and the second refrigerant heat exchanger 15 serves as an evaporator during dehumidification and the first refrigerant heat exchanger 14 serves as the evaporator and the second refrigerant heat exchanger 15 serves as the capacitor during humidification.
