The device has mobile tube modules (2) with multiple tubes (8) aligned parallel to each other and provided with openings at opposite ends for insertion and withdrawal of rolled fabric precut parts (4) of glass or carbon fiber fabric. The tubes are detachably connected with the adjacent tube modules. The tubes of each tube module are arranged one above the other in a vertical tube row. Plates (18) are cut from metal sheet, and the tubes are made of extruded plastic and fixed in passage openings of the plates. An independent claim is also included for a method for temporary storage and/or for transport of rolled fabric precut parts.
