PURPOSE: A casting apparatus and a method for forming a solution film are provided to stabilize the interface of dopes with different polymers by reducing the flux difference of each dope. CONSTITUTION: A first dope(21) and a second dope(22) simultaneously flows through a support. A stacked casting film with a first layer and a second layer overlapped with the first layer is formed in the support. The first layer is in contact with the support. The first dope includes first polymer and solvent. The second dope includes second polymer and solvent. The viscosity of the second dope is lower than that of the first dope. The second polymer is different from the first polymer.
