PURPOSE: Hangover relieving dumpling capable of easily cooking dried pollack broth is provided to improve the convenience of a user by enabling the user to cook the dried pollack broth using fillings of the dumpling. CONSTITUTION: Hangover relieving dumpling comprises the following: a skin formed by mixing flour, potato starch, water, and salt; and dumpling fillings including dried pollack, Chinese radish, kimchi, bean sprout, tofu, spring onion, and garlic. The obtained product is frozen at -18deg C. A user can easily cook dried pollack broth by boiling the dumpling in water. |
