<p>PURPOSE: A working bogie is provided to enable attachments such as a shock absorber to contact an inner wall despite an unbalance due to stuck foreign materials on the inner wall of a conduit. CONSTITUTION: A working bogie comprises a detaching/attaching device(201). The detaching/attaching device is installed inside a conduit(10). The detaching/attaching device is installed along the outer circumference of a body(200). The detaching/attaching device is supported by upper, middle, and lower support bars. The upper, middle, and lower support bars move up and down by the operation of a screw. The detaching/attaching device moves along the inner surface of the conduit through a moving device(206).</p> |
