PURPOSE: An apparatus for filtering a hydrogen storage tank is provided to prevent the breakage of the hydrogen storage tank by reducing the possibility of a filter clogging phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for filtering a hydrogen storage tank includes a mesh filter(13), at least one shape support(15), and at least one shape modifier(17). The mesh filter surrounds a pre-set space. The shape support is installed at the mesh filter in order to constantly support the shape of the mesh filter. The shape modifier is installed at the mesh filter in order to modify the shape of the mesh filter. The shape support is integrated with the mesh filter and forms a closed cross section. The shape modifier is in contact with the mesh filter and is spaced apart from the shape support.
