PURPOSE: A mobile terminal is provided to separate a second dielectric object with second and third radiation patches from a first dielectric object with a first dielectric object with an air gap between the first and second dielectric objects, thereby tuning a resonant point using the first and second radiation patches and the air gap. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal includes a first antenna, a second antenna(240), a first dielectric object(246), a second dielectric object(248), and an air gap layer(247). The first antenna is arranged on the first location of a terminal body. The second antenna is arranged in a second location separated from the first location of the terminal body. The second antenna realizes the diversity of the first antenna. A first radiation patch(243) is formed on at least one of the first antenna and the second antenna. The second dielectric object is laminated on the first dielectric object. A second radiation patch(244) is formed on the bottom of the second dielectric object. A third radiation patch(245) is formed on the second dielectric object. The air gap layer is located between the first dielectric object and the second dielectric object.
