PURPOSE: A mounting device and image forming device having the same are provided to prevent overheat of a heating member. CONSTITUTION: A heating member(110) transfers heat to a recording medium. An induction coil(140) generates a magnetic field. One or more magnetic materials(152,154) concentrates a magnetic field to a heating unit side. An inductor cover(130) is arranged between an upper heating member and one or more magnetic materials. The heating member includes a first area corresponding to the size of a recording medium passing through the heating member and a second area which is external side of the first area.
