PURPOSE: A resonator for a fuel cell vehicle is provided to tune a wide range of high frequency wave by resonating the specific frequency of noise firstly and secondarily into different frequency ranges. CONSTITUTION: A resonator for a fuel cell vehicle comprises air conduction pipes(15,17) which interconnect a blower motor and an air cleaner, a resonance member(30) which is formed at the joint between the air conduction pipes to surround a plurality of resonance holes(12,14) formed in the air conduction pipes, and a partition wall(50) which is integrally formed on the interior of the resonance member. The partition wall comprises a first part(51) which is protruded toward the inner center of the resonance member to divide first and second resonance chambers(31,33) and a second part(52) which is formed to perpendicularly cross the first part and fused to the joint of the air conduction pipes.
