<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the bed-leaving and the overturn/fall from the bed of a patient to be properly grasped by a medical worker even when a period of time for stopping the notification of a call is set to be long while enabling the notification of the call to be properly stopped during a nursing action. <P>SOLUTION: When detection by a sensor 1 is performed after an identification information reading apparatus 20 has read identification information from an identification information transmitting apparatus 10 which is carried by the medical worker, a time counting by a timer 30 is started. Until the period of time which has been measured by the timer 30 becomes a specified period of time, a call notification only to a portable terminal unit 60 for portable terminal identification information which is stored in a storage section 5 while correlating with the identification information which has been read by the identification information reading apparatus 20 is performed when the detection by the sensor 1 is performed. Therefore, notifications other than the call notification to the medical worker under the nursing action can be stopped.
