<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve print processing suitable for a plurality of workflows such as routine work, batch processing, or hold print, in printing data from a hot folder. <P>SOLUTION: When electronic data are stored into the hot folder, a print path suitable for the workflow is selected by directly transmitting the electronic data to an image forming device or converting the electronic data into an editable format, according to a format of the electronic data or contents of output setting information preset in the hot folder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
