PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet facilitating recognition of the direction of an optical element having an asymmetric transverse shape.

SOLUTION: This optical sheet 1 includes a body 2 having a main surface 3 and a rear surface 4. The main surface 3 includes a product surface 1P having a pair of edges E1P, and a structuring surface 1S. This structuring surface 1S is adjacent to the product surface 1P, and has a width narrower than that of the product surface 1P. The product surface 1P includes a plurality of asymmetric optical elements 1AL. The asymmetric optical elements 1AL have a left-right asymmetric transverse shape on a virtual surface orthogonal to the pair of edges E1P. The structuring surface 1S includes a plurality of optical elements 1L. The optical elements 1L have a shape different from that of the asymmetric optical elements 1AL.
