<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger management system surely recognizing the return state of passengers by managing the passengers of a transportation means (e.g., a bus) which can transport great many people. <P>SOLUTION: The passenger management system includes cards 51 owned by respective passengers, card terminals 52 disposed at the respective seats of the transportation means, and a management terminal 53 communicable with the card terminals 52. The management terminal 53 includes: a function of retrieving, when receiving transmission data from the card terminal 52, a passenger management DB 72a with the identification information of the card included in the reception data as a retrieval key, specifying a pertinent passenger and updating information indicating the return state of the passenger; a function of displaying a passenger return state confirmation image on the basis of the information updated and stored in the passenger management DB 72a when the confirmation operation of the return state of the passenger is performed; and a function of displaying, when a selecting operation for the seat position of a passenger who has not returned is performed through the passenger return state confirmation image. the individual information of the passenger corresponding to the selected seat position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
