PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for an electric motor in which fixing places are minimized and efficiently arranged, and steel plate vibration in the stator during the electric motor operation is suppressed, and a vibration level is reduced without mostly deteriorating the efficiency of the electric motor. SOLUTION: In a stator for the inner rotor motor, a steel plate is punched out to a predetermined shape, and a plurality of steel plates are stacked to constitute the stator with teeth 15 and a yoke part 13 integrally formed therein, and the number of magnetic poles is 6, and the number of slots is 9. Only the first teeth back 18-1, the third teeth back 18-3, the fifth teeth back 18-5, and the seventh teeth back 18-7 among total nine teeth backs 18, are fixed clockwise to a case of the electric motor with reference to arbitrary one of yoke circumferences (tooth back parts 18) in the crossing parts of nine teeth 15 and the yoke part 13.
