PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system with no carbon dioxide emissions or radiation risk. SOLUTION: A magnetic driving engine drives a rotating rotor by obtaining a torque using attraction and repulsion of a permanent magnet, to rotate a rotating rotor continuously.
