PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device further simplifying the adjustment for moving a movable lens in a very small amount by further widely securing an operable range of an operating member operated when moving the movable lens. SOLUTION: A second fixed cylinder 18 includes: a lens mounting part 100 provided with a linear groove 70; and a guide groove disposition part 102 where a first guide groove 62A and a second guide groove 62B are disposed. A second rotary cylinder 22 rotatably supported on the second fixed cylinder 18 includes: a cam groove disposition part 110 provided with a cam groove (72); and a claw disposition part 112 provided with a first claw part 60A (a third claw part 60C) engaged with the first guide groove 62A and provided with a second claw part 62B corresponding to a second guide groove 62B. The first guide groove 62A and the second guide groove 62B are disposed to shift from each other in the axial direction, so that the operating range of the second rotary cylinder is not regulated by the moving range of the first claw part 60A to secure a wider operating range of the second rotary cylinder 22.
