NOVEL TOMATO WINE AND METHOD FOR PREPORATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for making tomato wine is provided to ensure fermentation property and to produce a large amount of tomato wine of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for making tomato wine comprises: a step of inoculating 0.02%(w/v) of yeast Lalvin EC-1118 in YPD medium containing 1% of yeast extract, 2% of peptone, and 2% of glucose; a step of adjusting to 10 degrees Brix per 200g of tomato-crushed liquid; and a step of inoculating 5%(w/v) of starter to a medium sterilized at 121°C for 15 minutes and using distiller's grain cultured at 30°C for 24 hours.
