METHOD FOR SCREENING OF QUORUM SENSING INHIBITORS

PURPOSE: A method for screening a quorum sensing inhibitor using a strain in which a vector is introduced is provided to easily analyze host cell growth with respect to antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: A vector for screening a quorum sensing inhibitor comprises: a gene encoding transcription protein which binds to acyl homoserine lactone; a promoter and a gene encoding a protein which suppresses antibiotic lyase inhibitor protein which is operatively lined to the promoter; and a gene encoding antiobic lyase. The antibiotic lyase inhibitor protein is beta-lactamase inhibitor protein(BLIP). A method for screening the quorum sensing inhibitor comprises: a step of determining the concentration of acyl homoserine lactone and antibiotics; a step of contacting the strain with quorum sensing inhibitor candidate; and a step of determining quorum sensing inhibitor.
