PURPOSE: A rotary atomizer is provided to prevent the leakage, backward flowing, and residue of chemical solution by forming a barrier by jetting the air from the upper part of a jet disc to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A rotary atomizer comprises a jet fluid path, sealing air flow path(160), bottom flange(250), fluid discharge hole(248), and distributor(240). The jet fluid path and sealing air flow path independently supply jet fluid and sealing air. The bottom flange has a jet fluid path communicating hole and a sealing air flow path communicating hole. The fluid discharge hole is coupled to a jet disc lower plate(200). The distributor has a second air path(245) blocking jet fluid which flows reversely or remaining.
