PURPOSE: A handpiece of a microwave therapy device is provided to make a manufacturing process simple, to reduce manufacturing cost, and to accurately measure the temperature of ceramics. CONSTITUTION: A handpiece of a microwave therapy device comprises: a handle part(110) in which a conducting line for applying current of high frequency is formed; a fixing unit(130) which is equipped in the end of the handle part and in which a first connecting part is formed in the bottom thereof and a conducting line is connected; a temperature sensor(150) fixed in the fixing unit in order to locate in the lower part of the fixing unit; and a plurality of ceramics(170) in which a second connecting part is formed.
