<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-pull cap having a spout passage with a smooth surface, the spout passage formed even if the spout passage is molded repeatedly by butting end faces of two dies against each other, and a molding die which, when forming a spout passage inside a spout member used for such a cap, forms a spout passage with a smooth surface without damaging the inner peripheral surface of the spout passage. <P>SOLUTION: A molding die D<SB>1</SB>has an end face E<SB>1</SB>butted against an end face E<SB>2</SB>of a counterpart die D<SB>2</SB>and coworks with the die D<SB>2</SB>to form a spout passage 4. On the outer peripheral surface of the die D<SB>1</SB>, the step S is formed by denting a part of the outer peripheral surface of die D<SB>1</SB>that extends from the position X of the end face E<SB>1</SB>to a given position Y on the die removal side. A peripheral edge F leading to the end face E<SB>1</SB>of the die D<SB>1</SB>is prevented from projecting from an outer peripheral surface f<SB>1(a)</SB>closer to the die D<SB>1</SB>removal side than to the step S so that the peripheral edge F of the die D<SB>1</SB>does not come in contact with the inner peripheral surface 3f of the spout passage 4 formed to be closer to the die D<SB>1</SB>removal side than to a projection 3s formed on the spout passage 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
