<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic oxygen absorber which has the same oxygen absorption capability as another oxygen absorber using iron powder as a reactant and need not contain water and to provide an oxygen absorbent resin composition and an oxygen absorbent film. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen absorber contains gallic acid and a transition metal compound and may further may contain alkali carbonate. Since the oxygen absorber is excellent in safety, has the same oxygen absorption capability as the oxygen absorber using iron powder as the reactant and need not contain water, the oxygen absorber can be widely applied and used for dry foods, medicines, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, electronic parts and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
