<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen indicator aqueous solution for an oxygen detecting agent having high heat resistance, storable at room temperature, and maintaining excellent oxygen detecting ability regardless of atmospheric temperature, an oxygen detecting agent, and a method of manufacturing an oxygen detecting agent. <P>SOLUTION: This oxygen indicator aqueous solution for the oxygen detecting agent contains reducing saccharides, a basic substance, a redox dye reduced by the reducing saccharides. As the reducing saccharides, the oxygen detecting agent is provided containing monosaccharide as a first component and reducing trisaccharides as a second component.
