PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection implement or collection method, capable of quickly detecting an analysis target even when the concentration of the analysis target is low, and to provide a measuring instrument using the same. SOLUTION: The collection implement 100 includes a support plate 12, the porous member 23 supported on the support plate 12, and an inspection target solution supply part 20 for supplying an inspection target solution to the porous member 23.
