PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip holder unit which stabilizes the holding position of a scribing wheel and can improve the linearity of a scribe line. SOLUTION: The scribing wheel 30 is disk-shaped and has a through-hole at the center and a cutting edge forming a V-shaped ridge line along the outer periphery of a disk. A tip holder 10 has a holder groove 12 having a certain regular width for inserting the scribing wheel and pin holes 15 and 16. The scribing wheel 30 is held rotatably in the holder groove by pins 31 inserted into the pin holes and the through-hole of the scribing wheel. In the tip holder 10, a through-hole 17 is formed in one supporting member, and a screw groove 18 is formed in the other supporting member.
