PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system that facilitates updating of macrocell information by a macro base station or a host network and to enable a plurality of home base stations to use the updated macrocell information without causing significant delay when transmitting macrocell information to be used for radio parameter adjustment of a home cell by radio from a macro base station. SOLUTION: The macro base station 6 transmits a downlink signal including the same cell information about a macrocell 12 a plurality of times. A home base station 1 receives a first radio signal including the same cell information at least one time, and validates macrocell information included in the received downlink signal until a predetermined time or until the lapse of a predetermined time.
