PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning-reel fishing line-guiding mechanism, wherein an oil can easily be poured in the inner peripheral portion of a line roller without disassembling the first support member, a fixed shaft and a fixed shaft cover. SOLUTION: In the bail arm 44 of the spinning reel, a penetrated hole 40e penetrated to face the roller 41a inner peripheral portion of a line roller 41 is formed from the outside, in the first bail-supporting member 40, and a cap member 80 produced from a synthetic resin such as a synthetic rubber and having an oil-pouring hole 80a for pouring a lubricant is mounted on the penetrated hole 40e. When the lubricant is poured in the inner peripheral portion of the line roller 41, the lubricant is poured from the oil-pouring hole 80a of the cap member 80 exposed on the outside to the inner peripheral portion of the line roller 41.
