PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for reconstructing a signal (x) from sign measurements (y). SOLUTION: According to a method, a signal (x) is reconstructed from sparse sign measurements (y). Estimated measurements, formula 1, are obtained from a previous estimate, formula 3, and a measurement matrixΦaccording to formula 2.
