PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution panel which can be manufactured easily and ensures satisfactory working efficiency. SOLUTION: The power distribution panel 10 is installed at a secondary side of power receiving facilities and has a front operation panel 11 on which operation members 15 such as a breaker and an operation switch are installed to allow secondary wiring A to be extended from a connection section 17 at the back side of the front operation panel 11. In the power distribution panel 10, a plurality of upper and lower mounting frames 30 are fixed to a side panel 20 extended from both the ends of the front operation panel 11, a terminal block 35 is attached to the mounting frame 30, the secondary winding A is horizontally extended along the back of the front operation panel 11 from the connection section 17, the secondary winding A extended along the side panel 20 is connected to the terminal block 35 attached to the mounting frame 30, and extension wiring B to a target section is connected to the terminal block 35 attached to the mounting frame 30 and is extended along the side panel 20 for drawing to the outside for extension to the target section.
