PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical care device that easily and quickly detects the stress of a patient while the patient is being subjected to a medical care. SOLUTION: The medical care device includes a first biological information measurement means to measure a plurality of biological information pieces from the patient being treated, an information extraction means to extract some specific biological information from the plurality of biological information measured, a determination level setting means for setting a determination level of the patient's stress decision level based on the specific biological information obtained, and a determination level switching means for switching the determination level to a stress-response determination level in response to the stress of the patient.
