PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy seamless tube which has high strength and is reduced in strength decrease due to brazing. SOLUTION: The copper alloy seamless tube is obtained by working a copper alloy. The copper alloy has a composition containing Sn, 0 to 0.1 mass% Zn and 0.01 to 0.08 mass% Zr, and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities, wherein the contents of Sn, Zn and Zr in the copper alloy satisfy inequality (1): 0.4≤A+B+2C≤0.85(wherein, A denotes the Sn content(mass%), B denotes the Zn content(mass%), C denotes the Zr content(mass%)), the average crystal grain size of the copper alloy seamless tube is≤30μm, and Zr based precipitates with a size of 0.5 to 80 nm are distributed by 10 to 600 pieces/μm<SP>2</SP>.
