PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit that suppresses amplitude fluctuations and jitter of a differential output signal even when an amplitude center voltage of the differential input signal is high. SOLUTION: The driver circuit includes a transistor M1, a load element R1 connected between a source of the transistor M1 and a power supply terminal, a transistor M2 constituting a current mirror circuit together with the transistor M1, a differential pair including a pair of transistors that respectively outputs a differential output signal according to the input differential input signal and in which a bias current is supplied to a source by the transistor M2, a load element R2 connected between a source of the transistor M2 and the power supply terminal, and an operational amplifier AMP1 whose non-inverting input terminal is connected with the source of the transistor M1, whose inverting input terminal is connected with the source of the transistor M2, and whose output is connected to each back gate of the pair of transistors constituting the differential pair.
