PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the section on the hot-keeping cabinet (reheating cabinet) side only to be opened/closed while keeping the section on the refrigerator side from among doors closed at the time of reheating of a food, and to prevent the internal temperature of the refrigerator from rising in a cook-chill method heat insulating-reheating apparatus or a food service cart. SOLUTION: The heat insulating-reheating apparatus includes: first heat-insulating cabinets 31 and 32 which can be switched between the hot-keeping cabinet and the reheating cabinet; second heat insulating cabinets 41 and 42 which are used as the refrigerators; and a door 6 having first door sections 6a which cover the opening sections of the first heat insulating cabinets and second door sections 6b which cover the opening sections of the second heat insulating cabinets, wherein the first door sections 6a and the second door sections 6b are foldable through a second hinge 62. The first door section 6a is fixed to a body 30 by a first locking mechanism 70.
