<p>A method for collecting and transmitting charging information is disclosed in the present invention, which includes that: a Resource Admission Control Function (RACF) collects the charging information of service stream and transmits the collected charging information to a Charging and Accounting Function (CAF). A system for collecting and processing the charging information is also disclosed in the present invention. By the method and system in the present invention, a new Quality of Service (QoS) strategy based refined charging is enabled. Therefore, collecting and reporting of charging information are no longer implemented by transmission equipments, thus avoiding the change to the transmission equipments and the direct interaction between the transmission equipment and the CAF.</p> |
