PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional oil mist capturing apparatus that a bypass channel of oil mist in the apparatus cannot be efficiently maintained and the installation structure of a punching rotation plate is insufficient; that efficiency of capturing and cleaning oil cannot be improved; and that it consequently causes pollution of air in plant due to diffusion of the oil in the air, pollution of facilities such as floor surfaces, and machines, a health hazard due to the work environmental deterioration, occurrence of falling, increase or maintenance frequency or troubles of machines, and so forth. SOLUTION: The oil mist capturing apparatus comprises both of an intake unit and treatment unit together, wherein the intake unit is composed of a first casing having an intake port, a swirling chamber, a first induction chamber, a bypass channel part, and a second induction chamber, and the treatment unit is composed of a first treatment part, a second treatment part, and a third treatment part, a fan, and an driving part of the fan, for separating oil mist of the intake unit by the treatment unit, discharging the air, and capturing the oil in the inside of the apparatus.
