<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project progress management device for determining the priority of a task using a level common among different projects. <P>SOLUTION: The project progress management device includes: a plan information acquisition means for acquiring information on estimated start time and estimated required time for each task, an order relation of the tasks, an insertion position and a length of a merge buffer, an insertion position and a length of a project buffer, and due date of the project; a progress information acquisition means for acquiring progress information of the task; a progress rate/consumption rate calculation means for calculating a chain progress rate and a buffer consumption rate of each task, based on the progress information; an area display means for displaying an area partitioned into a plurality of regions different in risks by one or more border lines, using the chain progress rate as an X-axis and the buffer consumption rate as a Y-axis; and a priority calculation means for calculating the priority of task, based on a degree of deviation from a border line of a point using the chain progress rate as an x-coordinate and the buffer consumption rate as a y-coordinate, while associating the border line with a predetermined priority. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
