PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning-reel fishing line-guiding mechanism, which can prevent that the spinning line is twisted around the bail-mounting portion of the second bail-supporting member. SOLUTION: A cylindrical member 70 attached to the periphery of the bail 43 of the bail 43-mounting portion of the second bail-supporting member 42 and formed so that the outer diameter is reduced from the second bail-supporting member 42 side to the bail 43 side is disposed in the bail arm 44 of the spinning reel.
