PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment that increases a degree of freedom in arranging electronic components. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 has: a circuit board 15; a shield member 17; and a display device 31. The shield member 17 has: a facing part 27 which covers a mounting surface 15a of the circuit board 15; and an extension part 29 which extends from an edge of the facing part 27 to cover the side of the circuit board 15.
