PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched laminated polypropylene film, excellent in an anti-static property, transparency and appropriateness to an aqueous ink printing only by mixing a propylene-based polymer and a polymeric anti-static agent for adding a polymeric anti-static agent to a propylene based polymer. SOLUTION: In the biaxially stretched laminated polypropylene film, at least one surface of a substrate layer comprising a biaxially stretched polypropylene film contains a surface layer comprising 5-25 mass% of a block polymer (A) having such a structure that a hydrophilic polymer block (b) and a polyolefin block (a) having a melting point (Tm<SB>A</SB>) of 155-165°C and volume resistivity of 1×10<SP>5</SP>-1×10<SP>11</SP>Ωcm are alternatively and repeatedly bound with each other, and 95-75 mass% of a propylene/α-olefin random copolymer (B) having a melting point (Tm<SB>B</SB>) of 125-145°C and a value of melting point (Tm<SB>A</SB>)-melting point (Tm<SB>B</SB>) of higher than 21°C.
